  1. Persons located in the territory of LUMI RESORT are obliged to comply with these terms and conditions, follow the instructions of the resort management, as well as the service and order services, in particular, behave in such a way that in order not to endanger the safety of others, observe the rules of nature protection, labor protection and safety.
  2. LUMI Resort offers a 24-hour hotel stay from 16: 00 to 10: 00 the next day and a quiet night from 22: 00 to 7: 00.
  3. Guests staying at the center are required to register. Check-in takes place immediately upon arrival. Underage guests can only check in with an adult, and guests can only stay at the resort under adult supervision.
  4. At the request of the person renting the cottage, an additional person can be engaged only after the consent of the center’s management, as well as after completing the registration formalities and paying the appropriate fee.
  5. Visitors can only enter the resort with the permission of the management from 9: 00 to 22: 00.
  6. People who smoke tobacco products can only smoke in designated areas (in the area of their own cottage, if there are no children nearby). Smoking is strictly prohibited in the pool and playground. Throwing cigarette butts on the ground is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of 200 PLN.
  7. Please note that the entrance gate and gate code must not be shared with anyone outside LUMI Resort.
  8. Please note that the resort rate will be charged immediately upon arrival at the time of check-in. A refundable security deposit of PLN 400 or EUR 100 is also required for the duration of your stay.
  9. Cancellation of part of the stay, late arrival and early departure from the center, caused by no fault of the center’s management, does not give the right to refund the fees paid. A complete cancellation of your stay does not give you the right to refund the deposit paid.
  10. Making a deposit is equivalent to accepting the booking conditions and rules.
  11. LUMI Resort charges a resort climate fee, which is charged in accordance with the resolution of the Municipal Council of Reval.
  12. All parts of the center intended for general use are monitored. When booking, you agree to be recorded.
  13. Unsecured parking is available on site at the resort. Each cottage is guaranteed one parking space. The cost of PLN per parking space is 20 PLN per night. each subsequent parking space must be declared in advance and must be paid in the amount of 20 PLN per night.
  14. The person renting the cottage is obliged to check the condition of the cottage equipment and confirm its compliance, as well as take material responsibility for defects and damages that have occurred during use. Persons who destroy equipment, equipment, cottages and their surroundings are financially liable (determined individually based on market prices) for the damage caused. Before leaving, the landlord must arrange a cottage.
  15. LUMI RESORT does not accept any material liability for items left unattended on the territory of the resort. The responsibility for protecting items from theft and damage lies with their owners.
  16. Before leaving the center, it is necessary to clean the occupied cottage, the area around the cottage and take out the garbage in garbage cans.
  17. Use of the barbecue is only allowed in the areas designated by the resort’s service, with extreme caution and rules of use.
  18. It is strictly forbidden to use an open fire, fry fish and smoke cigarettes in the cottages (ban on roasting fish under threat of a fine of 1000 PLN). In the event of a fire or other danger, persons located on the territory of the center must follow the instructions of the ppoj.
  19. LUMI RESORT management agrees to allow small pets with current vaccinations to stay in the cottages. The animal on the territory of the resort must be under the full control of the owner, be on a leash and must not interfere with the rest or pose a danger to other vacationers. It is forbidden to meet the physiological needs of animals outside the designated area, in particular, in the area of the playground and swimming pool. It is also forbidden for pets to sleep on beds located in cottages.
  20. For any contamination of the territory and material damage caused by animals, their owner is responsible in the amount of the cost of repairing the damage.
  21. Each person who violates the rules will be called to attention, and in case of a gross violation of the rules, they will be asked to leave the territory of the center. In case of refusal, LUMI RESORT security or the police will take over the case, as well as refer the case for consideration of cases of misconduct. The costs associated with the arrival of security guards are borne by the person who violates the rules (100 PLN for each intervention).
  22. In matters not regulated by these Rules, the LUMI RESORT Center service decides.
  23. Na it is prohibited on the territory of the cottages:
    • disturbing the peace and playing loud music without the consent of the management,
    • behavior that violates the quiet stay of other guests; management and employees can refuse to continue providing services to the violator of this rule,
    • behavior that is usually considered indecent.
  24. The Resort is not responsible for inconveniences caused by independent causes, such as power outages or wody.
  25. Na The resort has a speed limit of 5 km / h.
  26. It is forbidden to connect electric stoves in cottages without the owner’s permission.
  27. It is forbidden to wash cars and motor vehicles on the territory of the resort.
  28. We ask you to sort the garbage and take out the mixed waste in containers at the entrance gate. Next to the cottages there are containers for sorting: yellow -plastic and metal, blue -paper, green -glass.
  29. Complaints – Complaints can be submitted by email to adres:lumirewal@gmail.com . the resort reserves the right to review the complaint within 14 days.
  30. Termination of the agreement – In accordance with article 38 (1) (12) of the Law of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, the right to terminate a contract concluded at a distance is not granted to the consumer in the case of accommodation services, other than residential ones, transportation of things, car rental, catering, services related to recreation, entertainment, sports or cultural events, if the contract specifies the day or period for providing the service. Accordingly, booking a cottage for a certain period of time and making a deposit are associated with the impossibility of legal termination of the contract and return of the deposit (which is also regulated by paragraph 9 of these Rules).

  1. The pool is reserved for Lumi Resort guests only.
  2. The pool is open daily from 10: 00 to 21: 00.
  3. The resort reserves the right to temporarily close the pool in case of adverse weather conditions, maintenance work, breakdowns or the need for sanitary procedures.
  4. Children under 7. during the year they can stay in the pool area and use the pool only under the constant supervision of adults.
  5. Children who do not use the toilet on their own should have waterproof diapers designed for bathing.
  6. Only people wearing the appropriate bathing suit can use the pool.
  7. Please take a shower before entering the pool.
  8. The use of the pool is carried out under the users ‘ own responsibility.
  9. Persons using the pool are prohibited from:
    • jump into the pool,
    • run around the pool and behave dangerously to others,
    • destroy pool equipment and equipment, clutter and pollute the pool and the area around it,
    • introduce animals into the pool area and into the pool,
    • bring and consume alcohol and other alcoholic beverages in the pool area and in the pool,
    • eat food and drinks in the pool,
    • bring glass, dishes, sharp and other dangerous objects,
    • use your own gaming devices in such a way as to interfere with the comfort of other guests.
  10. It is forbidden to use the pool or be in the pool area for persons under the influence of alcohol or other narcotic drugs.
  11. The pool cannot be used by people with symptoms of infectious diseases, skin infections, or open wounds.
  12. Users of the pool must follow the resort’s maintenance instructions and comply with the rules of these Regulations.
  13. Individuals who violate public order, regulations, or pose a danger to others may be asked to leave the pool area by the resort’s service or security team.
  14. Persons who damage or damage the pool equipment or equipment are financially responsible for the damage caused.
  15. The resort is not responsible for items left unattended in the pool area.

  1. Access to the gym is only possible after familiarizing yourself with these Rules.
  2. The gym is open daily for LUMI Resort guests from 7: 00 to 21: 00.
  3. The maximum number of people who can use the gym at the same time is 5 people.
  4. The gym can be used by people who have reached the age of majority and have reached the age of 14. year of life-only with the written consent of parents or legal guardians and under the supervision of an adult.
  5. Before starting the training, each person must enter the attendance list, indicating the cottage number, date, time of entry and time of exit.
  6. The gym is only available for registered guests of the resort.
  7. Before starting your workout, please disinfect your hands with a liquid available on the siłowni premises.
  8. Na the gym is monitored on site. Using the gym means that you consent to the recording of the image. Records are only used in cases of equipment damage, improper use of equipment, or violation of the rules. Those who do not agree with the monitoring are not allowed to go to the gym.
  9. The gym should be used in sportswear and clean sports shoes. Entrance to the boxing mat is only possible without shoes.
  10. The staff has the right to refuse access to the gym to persons who do not have appropriate sportswear or who do not use the equipment for its intended purpose.
  11. It is forbidden to use the gym for people who are under the influence of alcohol or other narcotic drugs.
  12. People who use the gym claim that they have no health contraindications to performing exercises, and perform them on their own responsibility.
  13. It is strictly forbidden to bring non-gym equipment, glassware, and other dangerous items into the gym.
  14. Those performing exercises are responsible for injuries and injuries caused by improper use of equipment, non-compliance with the rules and safety regulations.
  15. Any person who finds damage to the equipment must immediately inform the operator and stop using the damaged equipment.
  16. After completing your workout, clean up the equipment you are using and disinfect the area with the fluid available in the gym.
  17. It is forbidden to make any changes to the equipment, rearrange the boxing bag, open and close windows without permission from the facility’s operation.
  18. It is forbidden to introduce animals to the territory of the gym.
