  2. Scope and purpose of data collection -personal data is processed for the following purposes:
    • implementation of the process of booking cottages and processing applications (legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, lit. B GDPR-performance of the contract),
    • fulfillment of the legal obligations for registration and collection of the climate fee (legal basis: Article 6 (1). C GDPR-legal obligation),
    • Handling complaints and possible claims (legal basis: Article 6 (1). F GDPR – legitimate interest of the administrator),
    • ensuring the security of guests and property on the territory of the center through video surveillance systems for common areas and gyms (legal basis: Article 6 (1) lit. f RODO).
  3. Data Retention Period – Personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the performance of the lease agreement, and after its completion-for the time required by tax, civil legislation, and until the statute of limitations expires. Video surveillance recordings are stored during the standard safe rewrite period no longer than required by the rules (except in cases where the recording is evidence in a case).
